CAREER PROGRESSION

Upon completion of Phase 1 Combat Training, every member of The Black Order is encourages choose a branch to join depending on what you want your primary role to be.

Branches are as follows:

• Infantry

• Support

• Armoured

• Air Arm

This does not mean you only fulfil that role, but if there is a requirement for the role during an operation you will be asked first.

For example, if the mission requires a helicopter pilot, we would attempt to fill this position as follows:

1. Trained helicopter pilot with Air Arm as their primary branch.

   • If none are available...

2. Trained helicopter pilot with Air Arm as their secondary branch.

   • If none are available...

3. Trained helicopter pilot from any other branch.

   • If none are available...

4. Either mission lead entrusts an individual with the role or the role remains unfulfilled.

As you can see, the more training you have completed the more opportunities that will be open to you.

Each branch has its own roles and specialisations. At any time you can request a transfer from one branch to another, and you can have up to one primary branch and one secondary branch at the same time.
