Profit and Trade

 

The Black Order economy pricing is designed for maximized trader profit, taxed by alliance for growth and mutual benefit of all members.

Heirarchy and Seniority

 

The Black Order values Senior Member status. This is reserved for those who cooperate and participate in alliance goals. 'Freelance' members are welcome but will not be offered Senior Membership or its benefits.

Alliance Funds - Personal finances

 

The Black Order allows members to bank their funds in the alliance treasury. A fee of 30,000 credits per million credits deposited will apply. Members depositing 1 million credits should deposit 1,030,000 credits with the message "1 mil to bank + 30k fee". A deposit of 3 million credits requires a total deposit of 3,090,000, etc.

Economy Types - Alliance or Private

 

All TBO territory, whether whole sectors or partial sectors, are to be designated as "Alliance Economy" or "Private Enterprise" economies. Starbases are classified in the same manner ("Alliance SB" with designation 'TBO' in the name, and "Private SB").

 

Definitions:

 

Alliance Economy: Indicates a territory that has been planned, developed, and is monitored by the Economic Council. Economies of this type are based on alliance needs, have a set price list, specific construction requirements, and are provided for by the alliance including construction costs. Traders designated to these economies are required to pay a specified tax into alliance funds each week.

 

Private Enterprise: Indicates a territory that is held by one or more members but is not under direct alliance control. The holder of an economy of this type may establish their own plans, rules, prices, etc. The alliance does not pay for construction in these areas but may elect to subsidize aspects of these economies. A specified minimal monthly tax may be assessed to these economies residing in alliance territory.
