The Academy was born to teach new members how to gain rank, skills, experience, and trade efficiently.

 

Senior Members may apply to be an Academy Mentor in one or all tasks covered by Academy curriculum and tutor newcomers (students) in these aspects of pilotry.

 

Upon achieving milestones of rank, experience, skills, and trade knowledge, a student is promoted to a full, voting member of alliance. The alliance Applications Manager is also head of Academy and should be kept informed of the progress of Academy students through reports from the Mentors.

 

All new members that join The Black Order must complete our Academy.

Graduation Requirements:

• Tactics: 30

• Hit Accuracy: 40

• Maneuver: 30

• Weaponry: 25

• Engineering: 22

☑ 100,000 experience (XP)

☑ Trading exam passed
